At Nomadia, we want to make exploring the outdoors as easy, comfortable, and risk-free as possible. That's why we offer a 30-day trial on selected products ordered through our website. Use your new gear in the field, and if you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, all original packaging and accessories need to be returned and the product must not have been disassembled.
What if I bought from a retailer? Can I return it to Nomadia for a refund?

We’ll email you detailed instructions on how to return your item. As a general rule, please ship items back in their original packaging.
How will my refund be processed?
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to that card.
