What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other trusted options available at checkout.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Nomadia product is backed by at least a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Some products may offer extended coverage - details are listed on each product page. We stand by our gear because we use it ourselves.

Can I use your gear outside the UK?

Most of our appliances are built with universal LPG compatibility. Electrical accessories are tested for UK/EU standards. If you’re planning to use them further afield, feel free to ask us - we’ll happily advise based on our own experience.

How do I contact you?

We’re here to help. You can always reach us by submitting a Contact Form (at the end of this page) or email us at support@nomadia.shop, and we aim to reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Our Standard Shipping service is handled by premium carriers to ensure your order
reaches you quickly and securely.

Most orders are dispatched on the next working day, with delivery typically completed within one working day after dispatch. For rural areas, please allow up to two working days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over £99 within the UK qualify for free Standard Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to selected European countries. Shipping costs, duties, and local taxes vary by country and will be covered by the customer.

For other destinations, just drop us a message at support@nomadia.shop and we’ll work it out with you.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep (or campsite).

Do you allow pre-orders or back-orders?

Yes. If a product is temporarily out of stock or in pre-order, you can still place a pre-order with us. Estimated dispatch times are shown on the product page.

What if I want to return something?

No worries - every product you buy from us comes with free returns*.

●      ThermoFlow products are backed by our 30‑Day Guarantee, and returns are
possible even if the product has been used. A full refund will be issued once the return is processed.

●      All other products are covered by our 14‑day free return policy, provided
they are returned in an unused and resellable condition. A full refund will be issued once the return is processed.

●      Products not working as expected can be returned within their warranty period.
We’ll provide a free return label so you can send the item back for inspection, after which we’ll arrange a replacement if appropriate.

We design and test our gear to be reliable on the road, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy for you. If you’re not 100% happy, just email us at support@nomadia.shop and we’ll send you a free return label to use when sending the item back to us.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. An email confirmation of your order is sent automatically after checkout, and this
serves as your proof of purchase. If you require a VAT/tax invoice, please send your request to support@nomadia.shop and we’ll be happy to provide one.

Who designs your gear?

Our team is made up of outdoor enthusiasts and overlanders who spend as much time on the trail as in the workshop. Every product is tested in real conditions before it ever reaches the shop - if it doesn’t earn a place in our own vehicles, it doesn’t get a place in yours.

We also believe the right gear comes from the right partnerships. Through collaboration with the best partners in the supply chain, we apply our product principles to carefully select and co‑develop equipment that meets the same high standards we set for ourselves. This way, we can offer you only the most suitable, reliable products for life on the road.

What does the name Nomadia mean?

It comes from the idea of living with freedom and simplicity on the road - a “nomad’s spirit” combined with the reliability of well-built gear. Nomadia is about making the journey as enjoyable as the destination.

Do you have a showroom?

We’re currently building our showroom in Royston, and we expect to open by Christmas 2025. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it’s ready.

In the meantime, you can often find us at events like the Land Rover Owner Show, Camper Mart, Billing Off Road Show and other camping/overlanding exhibitions throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok for event updates! We love meeting fellow adventurers, so come say hi!
