30-Day Trial and Return Policy for Selected Products
At Nomadia, we want to make exploring the outdoors as easy, comfortable, and risk-free as possible. That's why we offer a 30-day trial on selected products ordered through our website. Use your new gear in the field, and if you're not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Policy for Other Products
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@nomadia.shop. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I start a return of a product eligible for a 30-day trial?
If your order arrived damaged or you’ve changed your mind, contact us at support@nomadia.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Who pays for the return shipping?
We cover the return shipping cost. There are no hidden fees, just hassle-free returns.

The 30-day trial period begins on the day you receive your order, not when you made the purchase.
Can I use the products during the 30-day trial?
Absolutely! Use your new gear during the trial period. If you’re unsatisfied, you can return it for a full refund.
Do I need to return the product in brand-new condition for the product eligible for a 30-day trial?
No, you don’t need to return items in brand-new condition. You can use them during the trial, but please ensure they are returned fully functional, with no damage or visible scratches. Additionally, all original packaging and accessories need to be returned and the product must not have been disassembled.
What if I bought from a retailer? Can I return it to Nomadia for a refund?
Sorry, our return policy only applies to purchases made directly through the Nomadia website. If you bought from a retailer, please get in touch with them directly.
How should I ship my return?
We’ll email you detailed instructions on how to return your item. As a general rule, please ship items back in their original packaging.
How will my refund be processed?
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to that card.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the returned items, we’ll inspect them for any damage. Once everything checks out, we’ll process your refund. Typically, refunds are issued within ten business days after receiving your return at our warehouse.
