1. Booking & Equipment Inspection
- All hire bookings are subject to availability and collection/shipping confirmation at our Royston workshop or via shipping.
- Upon collection, a staff member will provide a handover demonstration of assembly and pack-down of the CampStation Pro Pack.
- The hirer is responsible for checking all components (including the storage bag, modular storage components, and accessories) before departure.
2. Security Deposit & Payment
- Full hire charges must be settled prior to or upon collection.
- A refundable £150 security deposit is required upon collection or dispatch for shipping before the equipment is released.
- The deposit will be returned in full within 5–7 working days of return, subject to the equipment being returned clean and complete.
- Deductions will be made from the deposit for missing components, physical damage, or excessive dirt requiring specialist cleaning.
3. Collection, Safe Usage & Operating Conditions
- Pro Pack components must be used strictly in accordance with their intended modular design.
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring the secure assembly and connection of all interlocking modular parts throughout the hire period.
- For shipped rentals, the hirer is responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery and reporting any transit damage immediately. Return shipping costs and safe transit packaging are the responsibility of the hirer.
4. Hirer Responsibility & Equipment Care
- The hirer assumes full responsibility for the equipment throughout the hire period.
- All equipment must be cleaned and all parts packed correctly into the provided storage bag before return.
- The equipment must not be disassembled beyond intended use, modified, or repaired by the hirer.
5. Liability & Insurance
- The hirer is responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the unit and its accessories up to the full replacement value (£349 RRP).
- We accept no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow setup guidelines.
6. Others
- Try Before You Buy: If you decide to purchase the equipment following your hire period, both your hire fee and security deposit can be credited towards the purchase price, allowing you to buy the item at an exclusive discounted rate.
- Short-Notice Bookings: If you require the equipment within 7 days of your intended start date, please email support@nomadia.shop prior to booking to confirm stock and workshop availability.
- Add-On Quantity Selection: Please note that quantity controls (+ / -) for add-on items during the booking process adjust the quantity of items requested, not the number of hire days.
